Local businesses and multi-location brands were suffering from random 1-star public reviews left by frustrated customers who simply wanted direct manager attention. Meanwhile, hundreds of happy customers never bothered to post reviews on Google.
Design & Implementation
We built a lightweight, ultra-fast review collection funnel. A clean, single-link experience prompts customers to rate their experience: ratings of 4 or 5 stars immediately trigger the Google Review dialog, while ratings below 4 open a private feedback form sent directly to management.
